"Community" (section of "Believe in the Power of Work")
Work enables individuals to contribute to the economic and social vitality of the community. Note the Goodwill store and the uniformed veteran in a wheelchair. The young child with a leg brace is atop a 1950s Milton Caniff cartoon of "Good Willy" showing a youngster racing off in a wheelchair.
